All information shared during sessions, bookings, or communication via our website is kept strictly confidential and stored securely. We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law (e.g., if there is a risk of harm or a legal obligation). We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) to ensure that your personal information is handled lawfully and ethically. 2. Terms & Conditions By booking or attending a session with Healing Minds, you agree to the following terms: Sessions must be paid in full before the appointment unless a prior agreement is made. All clients are treated with respect, dignity, and in a non-judgmental environment. Healing Minds reserves the right to refer clients when their needs exceed our professional scope or qualifications. Abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of services. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be billed at the full session rate. Refunds are only issued in exceptional cases and at the discretion of the practice. 4. Professional Disclaimer Healing Minds is operated by a licensed and registered mental health professional under the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). All services offered are for professional counselling purposes and not intended to replace medical or psychiatric treatment.
