Cancelation Policy

Cancellation made 24 hours or more beforehand will result in a 10% admin fee (noting that only 90% of the fee will be refunded). Cancellation made less than 24 hours beforehand will result in a 50% penalty fee (noting that only 50% of the fee will be refunded). However, rescheduling your session is at no additional cost – please reschedule in advance to avoid disappointment.
